- To start your PC in Safe Mode with Networking, you need to press F8 key repeatedly while system reboot.

- Click on Tools and select Internet options.
- Select Advanced tab and tap on Reset button.
- Check Delete personal settings box and click on Reset button.
- Now, you need to tap on Close button and restart your IE 9:9.0.8112.16421.
